- Moisturize & Seal
- Deep Condition w/Heat (30 mins - 1 hr)
- Air Dry
- Apply JBCO to Scalp
- Moisturize & Seal
- Pre-Poo and Scalp Massage (30 mins)
- Shampoo with Moisturizing Shampoo
- Condition with Moisturizing Conditioner (5-10 mins)
- Silky Smooth Deep Condition Mix w/Heat (30 mins - 1 hr)
- Add Leave-In Conditioner
- Seal with Oil
- Air Dry
- Apply JBCO to Scalp
- Moisturize & Seal
Bi-Weekly:
- Shampoo with Roux Porosity Control
- Protein Treatment - ApHogee 2 Step Protein Treatment
Health Hair Rules
Less Heat
- Flat Iron no more than Once a Week
- No Blow Drying, Air Dry Only
- Buns/Pony Tails
- No Longer than 25 mins
- 8 Weeks Min between Relaxers
